I know that we all claim that we don't worry. Most even claims that at this very moment you are not mad at anyone. However, there is that one person that has pissed you off to the point where you are sitting there plotting revenge, you are cussing at the top of your lungs, you are wishing that the person got into a bad accident or at least, feel what you are feeling at this very moment.
The best thing that you can do for the enemy, the enemy can be yourself or someone else, is to be silent and walk away. Start asking yourself this question: How does someone else's drama effect you? Walk away. Let it go. Being angry is toxic. Don't drink that poison! Don't drink that poison! Don't drink that poison!
